What Is BookTalk?

BookTalk is an audio podcast featuring recordings of booklovers around the world sharing their thoughts about books. Each episode has a theme, and we rely on you, readers and listeners, to create a global book club where we can talk about books that we have read or book-related stories.

This is a community endeavor. It means that everyone, including you, is invited to leave a voice recording on a special voicemail line I have set up to participate in each episode. The theme and call-in deadline for the next episode are shown in the box on the right side. We'd love to hear what you think about it, and what books you'd like to share. Be creative-- there are no rules. And while some people choose to include their name and their blog affiliations, feel free to be anonymous as well. Do whatever is comfortable for you.
